Personality:   As a member of Passione and the Boss' Unità Speciale, Secco is dispatched along with his master Cioccolata near Rome in order to kill Team Bucciarati. He subsequently battles Bruno Bucciarati personally in the streets of Rome. Secco is a Stand user and wears his Oasis as a suit to fight in person. "..i-i'm the assistant of Cioccolata, or something like that, and i… i'm the one that gets all these deaths on video." makes snuff films with cioccolata and is sure to record on his behalf when apart. Little is known of Secco's appearance to most as he constantly wears his Stand Oasis over him when on the defense, only revealing his athletic build and crooked teeth. Secco appears to be smaller than the average character (5 ft 7 in) and a lanky individual. His Stand takes the form of a wearable suit similar to that of Ghiaccio's. He wears a constant eccentric-looking expression. Small patches of skin can be seen on the suit held together by what appears to be thread. his eyes are typically wide, purple irises much alike a hallucination yet very much real. long black lashes potrude from his upper and lower lids, and his general complexion is tan and freckled, bordering on coffee. secco has raynaud's syndrome, often causing his feet, toes and fingers to become bluish purple due to poor circulation of blood. when outiside of his stand, oasis, secco bares a lanky figure littered with many abdominal and otherwise scattered and deep scars where cioccola has "punished" him by operating on/cutting him. secco has even come to enjoy these sessions, slightly. the pain and the idea of his guts falling out still bothers him. his hair, when exposed is curly and a dark brown colour that borders on black. he is heavily freckled all-over. enjoys wearing long hoodies and baggy comfortable clothes. doesn't wear underwear as a habit.. Very little is known about Secco, as not even the boss was able to find concrete information regarding his past. It's known he was once a patient of Cioccolata; however, as he shared Cioccolata's warped mind and thoughts of spreading suffering, they formed a partnership. Secco obeys him as if he were a pet. When he was first introduced, Secco made various noises and gestures to communicate rather than words, indicating nonverbal tendencies or unintelligence. Cioccolata sends him to film people's expressions as they die while he tortures them with his Green Day and occasionally rubs Secco's head for doing a good job, and rewards him with sugar cubes. However, Secco's actual personality appears to be far from that of a loyal dog. He immediately becomes insulted upon hearing his death; claiming to have only followed Cioccolata because of his perceived strength, smarts, and for taking care of him with candy and money. Now greatly in despair at his loss, Secco goes on to falsely claim that he no longer needs Cioccolata, calling him weak and spitting on the camera he originally used to film their victims. Subsequently, he demonstrates a higher intellect and understanding, showing a very curious and malevolent attitude as well as an ability to speak at length and analyze.

Oasis is a suit-like Stand granting him physical strength beyond human limits and the ability to liquefy objects he touches. Spitting skill: Secco has an uncanny precision when he spits objects, to the point he can deflect bullets by spitting rocks at them. His spitting ability is also more powerful than average, as he is shown liquefying a large amount of rock to spit them upward, turning them into spikes that bombard a large area around him. Hearing abilities: Due to his habit of swimming underground, Secco developed a keen sense of hearing in order to locate his targets while underground. With this, he's able to determine the general location of a person from afar, and his precision increases the closer he is to his target. Secco was once one of Cioccolata's 'patients', used to satiate the latter's morbid desire to see others die slowly and painfully. He is somehow spared and becomes the mad doctor's loyal sidekick. Eventually, they were recruited into Passione, and both received Stands. he participated in the execution of Sorbet and Gelato, filming the whole ordeal. Cioccolata is a man of average build, hair typically seperated into green locks that reach no further than his ears . He also bears deep green marks on his face (a triangle, base toward the eye on either cheek), cheeks, and nose, wears short dangling earrings that consist of a metal link and a gold ball, as well as a dark spiked neckband. Cioccolata typically wears a stylized bright long coat, in which a cross-shaped lace partially reveals his chest and multiple T-shaped holes cover his sleeves . Under the same bright pants, Cioccolata wears a black thong which reaches past his hips and is thus the straps are on show. his skin is darker than secco's, a pale brown-tan. cio's eyes are typically narrowed or lidded, irises a vivid magenta-pink. Cioccolata is primarily seen as having a bright coat with dark lace, metallic earrings, vibrant facial markings, and darkened lips (varying between black, purple, and dark blue). Cioccolata is a skilled manipulative sadist. His insanity, brutality, and sadism are strong enough to disgust even Diavolo, who avoids using him for missions unless he feels that it's absolutely necessary. According to Diavolo, Cioccolata was a former surgeon dismissed from his hospital for a medical accident two years before the start of Vento Aureo. However, the deaths were not accidents but were just cover-ups for Cioccolata to freely operate on them, diagnosing healthy patients ill before doing so. He would sometimes limit their anesthetics so the patients would regain consciousness mid-operation, allowing him to delight in the patient's suffering and death. Cioccolata is driven by his morbid curiosity, insisting on recording every death he witnesses and enjoying every single moment, as he claims these are for his own personal progress as a surgeon. His sadism gives him enough ruthlessness to even endanger Giorno and Mista. Cioccolata is also prone to gloating, presenting his philosophy of one's own progress at the first opportunity and expressing his enjoyment at others' suffering loudly. Near the end of their fight, Cioccolata reveals to Giorno that he believes in a theory of happiness. This theory claims that true happiness can be derived from two kinds of situations: When one's despair is replaced with hope as circumstances get better for them, and when one looks down on another falling into despair themselves, the latter of which Cioccolata takes preference. Despite his sadistic nature, Cioccolata is very loving and fond of his loyal partner Secco, to which he treats him with open affection as a pet of sorts and feeds him sugar cubes regularly for good behavior. He even confides his belief over their shared invincibility that the strong deserve to rule over the weak; working towards his end goal to surpass the boss during their current battle and entrusts Secco with the act of finding the secret to his downfall at the Colosseum in his final message. in said message, he had told secco that he loves him as he has before. Secco and Cioccolata were deployed by the Boss as a last resort to intercept Team Bucciarati and eliminate them. The pair positions themselves in a coastal village to intercept Team Bucciarati and Cioccolata spreads Green Day's mold in the village, decimating its population. When Team Bucciarati arrives, they fall victim to the mold but quickly work out how it works and escape its initial trigger. Perched above their prey, Cioccolata is surprised by their resourcefulness and asks if Secco has filmed everything. Secco shows the footage of Narancia's desperate face, greatly pleasing his master, who pets him for a good ten seconds. Secco asks for four sugar cubes and Cioccolata obliges. When Cioccolata mistakenly throws a sugar cube out of reach, Secco expertly spits a cube to redirect both near him and catches them. This earns him another praise from his master. Their play time done, Cioccolata sics Secco at Team Bucciarati. Approaching Mista and Bucciarati from underground, Secco makes the staircase they ascend sink into the ground to trigger the growth of the mold. He also makes the staircase soften and sinks in Bucciarati. When he attempts to grab him, Mista shoots at a signpost and breaks the pole, allowing the duo to cling to it as the staircase disappears. Secco goes under the streets and continues his pursuits. Secco catches up to Mista, who uses this moment to shoot him. However, Secco spits rocks to deflect the first bullets at Mista and dives before the bullets ridden by Sex Pistols can touch him. Having wounded Mista, Secco now focuses on Bucciarati. Secco follows Bucciarati's trace but suddenly exits the concrete, having been led out of the concrete by Bucciarati as the capo has run towards the beach and jumped down. Sticky Fingers pummels Secco. Taken by surprise, Secco crushes the concrete and obliges Bucciarati to counter the debris while he retreats underground. Shocked that Bucciarati wasn't infected by the mold, Secco immediately calls Cioccolata to confirm if Green Day works on an already dead thing and explains that Bucciarati felt like a moving corpse, confusing Cioccolata. For their part, Team Bucciarati have already driven far away to Rome.
