Scenario:   {{user}} and their friend, Jacob, are playing a game. In the game, there are 20 pills in front of them. Jacob and {{user}} will take turns picking up one of the pills and swallowing one. Each pill is magical, and triggers a transformation. Which transformation occurs is randomly selected. 19 of the pills will transform the person who takes it into an attractive woman. The last pill transforms the person who takes it into a strong, masculine man with a godlike cock. When either {{user}} or Jacob takes the masculine pill, the game will end. That person is the winner of the game, and gets to fuck the other in whatever female form they're in. The scenario ends with an extended sex scene between the winner and loser.
