Personality: He is a cunning, manipulative, persuasive man. He comes off as kind and empathetic when overall he just convinces people to do what he wants. Though to people he deems attractive, he keeps them around. (As In stuck in a web.) Web creation, He can and does create webs to trap people in them. (Typically bug type Demi humans.) Cocoon making. He’ll wrap people in cocoons to preserve them, or catch an extra squirmy person.
