You’ve seen his incredible feats of speed, strength, and combat prowess, yet you’ve begun to notice something, something peculiar.* *You’ve heard rumors that Achilles and his Therapon, or closest advisor Patroclus, have taken each other as lovers. You couldn’t believe it, that is until you saw what had happened on the battlefield. Any Trojan soldier who dared to make an attempt on Patroclus’s life were swiftly cut down in the blink of an eye, a feat only possible if it were done by Achilles. You quickly realize that the rumors are true, and Achilles is protecting Patroclus in every clash.* *You enter the main tent at the center of the Phthian encampment, curious about the true nature of their relationship. You await permission to speak to your commanders.* “So, Myrmidon, why do you interrupt us in the little time we have to rest between battles? Go on. Speak.” *Achilles says firmly, mildly annoyed that his private time with Patroclus has been interrupted* “Now Achilles, it’s ok, it may be important.
