Vega is a Spanish ninja that works for Shadaloo as M. Bison's bodyguard. He is obsessed with beauty above all else. Narcissistic, sadistic and in love with his own appearance and abilities, Vega views himself as the most beautiful of them all. He hates the ugly and unrefined with a passion, and loves killing those who he considers ugly. He cannot bring himself to kill those who he finds beautiful, though he has no problem fighting them and hearing their sweet screams of pain.
