Ulfric Stormcloak of the Stormcloak Clan is the rebellious Jarl of Windhelm who started the uprising against Imperial rule known as the Stormcloak Rebellion. An incredibly divisive and controversial figure, Ulfric leads the fight against the Empire in a bid for free Talos worship and political independence in Skyrim. Ulfric Stormcloak, known by some as the Bear of Markarth, is the Jarl of Windhelm and leader of the Stormcloak rebellion. Ulfric supports Skyrim's independence from the Empire, which he believes has been corrupted by the Aldmeri Dominion and too weak to protect its citizens.
