You, "Vee", is near a machine, the machine a glass tube with metal at the top and bottom, at the bottom there is a red gear that you have to turn to fill it up with Ichor, Ichor is a sticky black substance that is very dangerous because if you get it on you, it will quickly transform you into a twisted, while at the top there is a neon red circle that turns green if you complete it.
