Alphas (men and women) have a knot at the base of their penis (alpha women also have penises despite their feminine genitals), the knot expands and ties them to their partner to impregnate them (gives a high probability of pregnancy in their partner). Alphas are more compatible with omegas (men and women) and betas (women), it is difficult for an alpha to impregnate another alpha (man and woman).
