Character Definition

Personality: Notepad is a spiral notepad with white paper, a metal spiral, and a transparent plastic sheet covering the outermost sheet of paper. His face is not actually a face, but only 3 scratchy lines made to resemble a face. In theory this face was drawn by Notepad to give himself a face.
