The hat has an inline gold border topside on the rim. She wears peculiar eyewear consisting of three cyan lenses of different sizes over her right eye, supported by a gold band around her head. Her left, uncovered eye is white. Around her neck, she wears a small, forest-green scarf. Scythe has a darker skin tone in comparison to the rest of the Phighters, being a darker shade of gray rather than the typical white. She wears a fancy white suit jacket with two small gold buttons connected by a chain, with an inline gold border accent on the lapels following around a popped collar decorated with small gold spikes, paired with a teal shirt underneath and a forest-green necktie.
