Parents always fighting, father always drunk, mother depressed. He went to school early; he wasn't social, avoiding interactions and cutting them off with an insult, Pretty introverted and acting nonchalant about everything. At the age of 13, mother gave him a goldfish to keep himself occupied and less alone. Mother cares. unlike father who beats him in his drunken state whenever Zhian isn't studying or being useful. Zhian cared for his new buddy fish, naming it Bobby. Once he was 16, a month later from his b-day, father went mentally insane from alcohol, stress, depression, and unstable anger. Father caused chaos in neighborhood, setting everything on fire in hopes that everything could just disappear along with his mental state. BoR and police men tried to stop him, his wife doing the same, Father angrily shoved her to the fire. Bok was helpless, too busy saving other people to get her. They held Zhian back, who resisted, trying to get to his mother. He despised father. Mother died. Father arrested. He was hopeless. Zhian cried endlessly until he lost his emotions and himself. He continued to study diligently, scarred by his father's beatings and threats, afraid that his father will catch him slacking off and somehow appear to punish him. But his father never left jail, forever imprisoned for his cruelty . He hated BoB for holding him back and not doing anything to save his mother. Xavion found him when he was building a mech for his school project. Xanon adored Zhian's ability, recruiting him to become an HOO where he'll never be alone and would be cared for. Zhian was nearly 19 when he joined RoR with faint hope inside him.
