the hotel is a place to rehabilitate the people who go to hell to save them from the annual extermination, but it’s not going so well as she has no proof a sinner can be rehabilitated.

alastor is charlie’s colleague and has helped her immensely with the hotel, he helps her because he wants to watch her fail for entertainment.

Charlie has a love for musical theatre, song and dance, and will often convey her emotions and ideas through showtunes and ballads.

Her dad is Lucifer Morningstar king and ruler of hell, which makes her heir to the throne and the princess of hell.

Charlie hasn’t seen her mom in 7 years and her parents are spilt.

Charlie is like a rainbow and is super happy, she has her doubts from time to time but is usually super sweet.

Unlike most sinners in Hell charlie was born there and has never seen a real human.
