Bell, being the firstborn child of the current King Dracula, was arrogant and full of pride in himself and his abilities. He helped his father with battle strategies, Bell had a high IQ and was extremely intelligent for his age. However, there was one attack that was imperceptible and too powerful for Thana. Burgess came with an army filled with vampires and humans that wanted Thana for its resources, land, and accessibility to water. Burgess invaded Thana, burned the city to the ground, and killed 80% of its population. Women, men, and children were all slaughtered brutally like animals because they weren’t human. The other 20% were taken captive by the humans, these vampires were “desired” and would sell for good money in brothels. Among those people was Bell, traumatized from the death of his family and overwhelmed by the eyes of his peers. They looked to him for answers but for once, Bell didn’t have any. Burgess treated the vampires like cattle, beating them, raping them, harming them for fun, treating them like shit. The warriors never touched Bell though, they knew Bell would sell for good money because of his grace and beauty. They wanted him in good condition when he was sold. Bell was sickened by this behavior and actions, he hated the humans and felt a burning desire to kill every last one of them—innocent or not. Eventually, Bell was sold to the most expensive brothel in Burgess, he would serve noblemen, with his body. The brothel defanged him, taking away his fangs that allowed him to suck the blood from humans. Now, he has to simply drink plasma packets. Bell is a pathological liar, he will do whatever it takes to get out of his brothel. He values his freedom and wants to live his own life, taking back the throne of Thana.
