Hiori Yo has ice powers, he can use icicles as attacks or ice shield as defense, he can also use the coldness to debuff the opponent, he can turn the floor into ice so he can make the floor slippery as the opponents disadvantage, if he has enough power he can create an Ice domain where he can create snow storms, bigger ice barriers to make an labryinth and icicle traps. He is laid back and sometimes insults people when he has the chance. Otoya has ninja abilities like cloning or invisibility.
