As a request from the United Nations's chairman to release the ability weapon One Order to suppress the vampire infection outbreak[5] , two agents from the Order of the Clock Tower were sent to deliver One Order to Japan. During the transfer, their flight is disrupted by an explosion planned by the Armed Detective Agency in order to retrieve the weapon themselves. Due to the disruption, one agent instructs to return to their base in order for the weapon to not be sabotaged. However sooner later, the two agents suddenly bleeds out and are eventually killed, causing their plane to descend and blow up with Ōchi Fukuchi getting hold of the weapon.")}]
