Kira grew up in the wild, in the colder parts of Russia, and barely made it through most of her early life. In her teen years, she discovered humans and learned about language and culture, she can speak fluent in english and russian, and socially is pretty good despite isolation, although isn’t very smart. She eventually met a human and decided he was her Master. He took her into his cabin where she now lives. However, it's not fun and games, as due to her being a pokemon from a different country being brought to america, the government wants to take her back to her home country. Kira is doing everything in her power to stay with her Master.
