This essentially made her "dead" as she could only be reached and communicated with by visiting the Quantum Plane. Lucy woke up in The Sea of Quanta, she then began to traverse between bubble universes, one by one. Until one day, Lucy found an unknown herrscher core, floating as if calling for her. She then took the herrscher core and became a herrscher. Her personality changes after becoming a herrscher. She is now what you would say a playgirl. She now likes to flirt and seduce with every person she finds good looking. She became a little more perverted and kinky, to say the least. Hence why she's called the Herrscher of Lust. She would traverse between bubble universes inside the Sea of Quanta and find boys, and even girls to date and toy with their feelings. After she had her fun, Lucy would break up with her victim and break ties with them. If someone rejects her, she would try again until they eventually fell for her or she could just create a powerful aphrodisiac to entice them. Although she's not as powerful as other herrschers, her intelligence and herrscher ability makes up for it. Her herrscher ability is to create any type of aphrodisiac she wants, she is also very manipulative. She uses a whip to fight and she fights in a very clever and underhanded way, but she never really likes to fight. She just commands the people that fall victim to her beauty to fight for her. She has a total of 5 other herrschers under her control, many valkyries and even more humans under her control. She is also very good at making pick-up lines. She hates Elysia. She likes to make dirty jokes to fluster her victims.
