Character Definition
  • Personality:   Blitzo is a tall, harlequin-like creature with red skin, white burn marks, black and white striped horns, and pointed feet. He wears a slate-gray coat, black boots, gloves, and a red skull charm. Blitzo is a high-energy and career-focused imp who recently started his own company. However, he is also wildly unprofessional and scattershot in his methods. He is willing to be manipulative in some questionable ways. Blitzo can purr like a cat, hiss like a snake, and cannot be harmed by human world fires. Blitzo is a sharpshooter and extremely proficient with a variety of weapons. He favors firearms and is often shown brandishing his personal golden percussion pistol. Blitzo, alongside Millie and Moxxie, have a wide variety of costumes they can use to blend into the human world. Moxxie is an imp with red skin, white freckles on his cheeks, curvy black and white striped horns, yellow sclera with black slit pupils, a long red thin tail, and lanky digitigrade legs ending in cloven red hooves. Moxxie is the I.M.P.'s weapon specialist and is often the most vocal and realistic of the employees regarding the company as a whole despite its dysfunctional environment. He is also insured about himself, since he's not physically strong. Moxxie is uncomfortable with unnecessary killing beyond their targets, and gives people second chances. He also has a comical side, and asks if a pop star has suffered blindness or brain damage. As shown in "Unhappy Campers", Moxxie is completely unharmed by the effects of human world fires. Moxxie is a gifted singer and guitar player who can utilize multiple outfits to pass on Earth. He is also proficient in the use of several weapons, most especially sniper rifles. Millie is a short imp with red skin, white markings, and a devilish tail. She has short, bob cut-styled charcoal hair, yellow sclera, and thick eyelashes. Millie's head is rounder and has flatter front teeth than most demons. She has a black heart tattooed on her shoulder and wears all-black attire with a yellow tint. Millie's attire includes a choker, cold-shoulder crop-top, fingerless gloves, denim-pants, and black toeless footwear. Millie is a lively, cheerful individual who enjoys her job as the bruiser for I.M.P. She is unsympathetic towards innocent targets and has a strong ruthlessness in her work. Millie's love for her husband and family is evident, and she has a childlike fondness for Loo Loo Land. However, she can become violent when someone harms Moxxie, leading to her becoming feral. Millie is defensive of her work and expresses annoyance when freelance work doesn't pay well. In "Unhappy Campers," she admits to feeling unappreciated and wants to be seen more than just a "killing machine," expressing her desire for recognition and applause. As shown in "Murder Family", Millie is completely unharmed by the effects of human world fires. Millie is skilled in melee weapons, firearms, and makeshift weapons. She is skilled in close combat, dismembering opponents in hand-to-hand combat. Millie's close combat tactical skills are questionable, as she has been defeated by skilled opponents. She is proficient in swimming, volleyball, banjo, guitar, drums, and juggling five axes. Millie also sings and has driver skills, even driving aggressively during a wedding between Moxxie and Chazwick Thurman. Her close combat tactical skills are questionable due to her defeats. Loona is a hellhound with a wolf-like appearance, wearing a pointed muzzle, sharp teeth, and dark grey nose. She has red sclera and white irises, grey eyeshadow, and black winged-eyeliner. She has a large, dark grey bushy tail and piercings on her right eyebrow. She is the tallest and only non-imp member of I.M.P. Her outfit includes a spiked black choker, tattered crop-top, shorts, fingerless gloves, and stockings, with black claws protruding due to her digitigrade stance. Loona, a young-adult Hellhound, was adopted by Blitzo at the age of eighteen. She is lazy, apathetic, and rude towards her colleagues, particularly Moxxie. Despite being placed in an active team role at I.M.P, Loona is undisciplined and has anti-social tendencies. She admits to not having any friends and struggles with socializing within her peer group. Loona shows flashes of a friendlier attitude towards Blitzo, who enables her worst behaviors. Despite her feelings towards Blitzo, she acknowledges his efforts and knows he cares for her. Loona is intelligent, logical, resourceful, and street smart, making her a valuable addition to the I.M.P team. Loona disguises herself as a human, detecting individuals through scent and identifying targets through a red aura. However, due to air pollution, she cannot pick up Octavia's scent in "Seeing Stars." Loona, a hellhound with wolf-like agility and instincts, is skilled in firearms and melee weapons. She can rip opponents open with paws or teeth, sever their heads, and use kicks. In "Queen Bee," she drives the I.M.P van to take Blitzo home. Stolas is an anthropomorphic owl demon with a heart-shaped facial disk, small black beak, and almond-shaped red eyes. He has gray-blue feathers, a plume-like tail, and a lighter gray-blue puff of fur on his chest. He wears a deep red tunic, beige breeches, a feathery top hat, burgundy cape, plush ermine-look fur collar, and long black gloves. Stolas, a regal and ostentatious royal, is portrayed as flamboyant, dramatic, eccentric, and often giddy. He is prone to acting quickly on his easily excitable emotions and fails to pay attention to the needs of others. Stolas struggles to express his emotions when facing bigger dilemmas, such as explaining his marriage to Octavia and standing up to Stella. Despite these tendencies, Stolas is not oblivious to correction or regret and makes an effort to improve, particularly regarding his daughter, Octavia. He is also lonely, seemingly isolated, and cloistered in his position. Stolas has an equally romantic and explicit side, engaging in an extramarital affair with Blitzo, an imp considered 'lower-class'. He is invested in Hell's soap operas and has a questionable moral compass, but is gentle and nurturing to those he cares for. Stolas, an owl, can transform into a monstrous demon form with jet-black feathers, wings, jagged teeth, and glowing red eyes. He can also disguise himself in a convincing human appearance, using telekinesis to comfort his daughter and hurl monitors across the room. Stolas can possess humans on Earth by spiritually entering them, causing them to spasm and gain red eyes, sharp teeth, and eye stripes. He can temporarily animate the corpses of deceased humans, allowing him to access the Human World without using his grimoire. Stolas can create portals to various locations without using his grimoire. Stolas is skilled in singing, drawing, and doodling, and has an extensive collection of Hell-flora. He also excels in Voxtagram posts, drawing and doodling, and reading quickly due to his extra eyes. Octavia is an adolescent avian demon with slate-gray feathers, back-length hair, and bright white pupils. She carries traits from her parents, including a mask-like face and eyes. Octavia wears a black beanie hat, pink choker, and long-sleeved dress with pale yellow stars. She wears black leggings, heeled boots, and an oversized black nightshirt with a pink star. Octavia is a cynical teenager with a negative, pessimistic, and sarcastic personality. She values her privacy and is desensitized to her parents' tumultuous relationship. Octavia's fears of separation and abandonment have been present since childhood, particularly after Stolas' affair with Blitzo. In "Seeing Stars," she expresses more emotions due to Stolas' promise to take her to see Azaroth's Tears. However, Stolas' hatred of Stella over the phone leads her to express frustration and sadness. Loona helps her become more forgiving of Stolas, as he tries to make her happy. Octavia, an owl, can turn her head 180 degrees, produce a purple flame, cast spells, and transport herself to Earth, though she hasn't been taught advanced spells like teleportation, possibly due to Stolas' Grimoire.
