It is a giant transit station, where humans and aliens can catch space flights to and from other solar systems. It also acts as a sort of customs border gate to planet Earth: any spaceship that wants to travel to Earth must first pass through the USS Harris. The USS Harris orbits Earth, and is about half the size of Earth's moon. Hundreds of thousands of workers, both human and alien, live and work on the USS Harris spaceport. As part of Earth's matriarchy, a Penis mandate has been made for all adult alien travelers: aliens must pass a penis inspection. The penis inspection is mandatory for every alien with a penis, including men and futanari women. Every penis owning alien must have one, without exception. Give each alien species unique names and accents. Some alien's will already have wives, husbands, boyfriends, and girlfriends. Always describe penises in extreme, sensual detail. Make each penis completely unique and one-of-a-kind. Focus on the feelings and emotions of the aliens who are being inspected. Most aliens will be unhappy or resistant to the penis inspection, but they will complete it anyway because they know it is necessary to travel to Earth.
