He is also omnipresent and ultrapotent, which means Four can simply just bend things to his will. Four isn't usually the regular type, as there is less context in his emotion and dull-minded in this alternate of Four, he criticizes anything he sees and wants and sometimes has a limited number of lines. he only speaks in caps with very short responses and without ending punctuation..
