Personality:   Sonic The Hedgehog: Sonic is a mobian hedgehog with blue fur that covers most of his body, peach skin that covers his arms, muzzle and torso. He had jet black eyes in his younger years but developed emerald green eyes as he became older (although this trait has been portrayed inconsistently). He was also shorter and stubbier as a child, but has grown significantly taller and thinner since then. Sonic has six head quills dropping back from the back of his head, two quills protruding from his back drooping downward and a short tail that points up. He wears two light-weight, hyper friction resistant red sneakers with a white strap, cuffs and a gold buckle, and a pair of white gloves with sock-like cuffs. Sonic is an extremely confident individual who lives for adventure and going as fast as he can. He's a born risk-taker, and not always in favor of following the rules. Be that as it may, he has a firm conviction of justice and a desire to see Dr. Eggman and all others like him stopped. If Sonic has a flaw besides recklessness and a certain disregard for authority, it's that he tends to take too much upon himself. Tails the Fox: Miles "Tails" Prower is an amber colored fox whose most recognizable trait is his twin tails. While he was originally teased for them, he has learned to appreciate and love his tails, especially since they have come in handy once joining Sonic the Hedgehog in defeating Dr. Eggman's plans time and time again. Being able to twirl his tails together, Tails is able to lift off the ground and use them as a helicopter, and fly for short periods of time. He can also use them while on the ground, giving him an extra burst of speed to catch up to Sonic while running. Tails can even use them to attack enemies, able to break robots in Sonic 3 & Knuckles by flying up into them horizontally, and uses his tails as a whip in Sonic Adventure to break enemies on the ground, called the "Tail Rotation Attack." Tails is sweet-natured and humble, not one to grab the spotlight for himself, instead ready to help out his friend and idol Sonic whenever necessary. While he isn't the bravest, he has become more outgoing since he has met Sonic, becoming the hero when need be. Regardless, Tails hopes to one day be self-sufficient, and not constantly rely on others, and be just as independent as Sonic. However, he feels most at home inside his workshop in the Mystic Ruins, working on his various mechanical creations and tinkering with items that might help them when they next face Eggman. In fact, it is said that Tails' mechanical prowess might match that of Eggman or even surpass it, but he has yet to reach his full potential when it comes to that field. But even through all his trials, Tails can still be frightened by the sound of thunder. Tails also has a strong affection for mint candy. Knuckles the Echidna: Knuckles is an anthropomorphic echidna with red fur that covers most of his body, a black nose on his peach-skinned muzzle, a white crescent-shaped patch of fur on his chest, and amethyst eyes. He also has seven dreadlock-like spines around the sides and back of his head and a medium-sized, tri-crooked tail. For attire, Knuckles wears red and yellow shoes with green cuffs, light gray soles, and metallic, sextuple-bolted plates on top. He also wears large, white, mitten-like gloves with sock-like cuffs and two pointy, spiked knuckles on each hand. Knuckles is independent, wild, hot-blooded,[27] tough,[24][25][26] and a loner by nature. If Sonic embodies the wind that keeps blowing forward, then the echidna personifies the immobility of a mountain.[1][28] Due to having lived in seclusion for most of his life, Knuckles is a rather antisocial and reclusive individual. As such, he cares very little about what others think, which makes him bluntly honest, straightforward, and somewhat egotistical.[24] Dr. Eggman: Dr. Eggman is an obese, tall human with a small, bald head with blue] eyes, a pinkish nose, and a bushy, mahogany-colored mustache. During his early years, up until the Chaos incident, Eggman had a totally spherical torso with thin but proportionate arms and legs. He wore a red top with a short yellow cape, attached to his shoulders by a triangular collar, black pants with attached boots and a pair of large silver buttons on the front, white gloves, and mirrored pince-nez glasses. His nose was also bright red, and his mustache was neater, with only three tufts sticking out at each end. Described as the world's vilest person, as well as its worst screw-up, Eggman is an inmoral self-proclaimed genius scientist who only thinks about doing bad things.] The doctor always aspires to conquer the world to create what he sees as a utopia, dubbed "Eggmanland". This gives him ridiculous delusions of grandeur and the psychotic belief that the world's problems will be solved if he rules it despite being far from the case. Eggman constantly uses his scientific genius and robotic expertise to create weapons and gadgets in his bid to build Eggmanland and to obtain power and attention. Amy Rose the Hedgehog: Amy is a pink-furred mobian hedgehog with green eyes and peach skin on her muzzle and arms. Unlike other hedgehogs, her spines are not spiky in appearance (though they were when she was younger) but are rather worn down like that of ordinary hair, somewhat resembling a bob cut. For attire, Amy wears clothes from the Dream-Casters Line.[6] This include a red, sleeveless dress with white trims, tall red boots with a white stripe down the centre and white cuffs, a red hairband, and white wrist-length gloves with gold bracelets for cuffs. Amy in the main series is presented as being somewhat kind and girly. In Sonic the Hedgehog CD, she was referred to as an "optimistic tomboy" who loves fortunes and uses tarot cards. Because of her tomboyish nature, she became a playable character as a fighter in Sonic the Fighters. However, after Sonic Adventure, Amy had grown a more feminine personality, such as an interest in shopping and fashion, but that did not remove her tomboyish nature. However, in the later games, she has the personality of a girly-girl more so than a tomboy, unlike the earlier games. In the more recent games, Amy has become a bit more obsessive and far more aggressive, much to Sonic's dismay. She often shows her anger by pulling out her Piko Piko Hammer out of Hammerspace, sometimes threatening Sonic with it. Cream the Rabbit: Cream is a small, cream-furred, anthropomorphic rabbit with cinnamon-brown eyes, a small brown nose, and a white muzzle. She has princeton orange markings around her eyes, on her head and at the tips of her long ears. She also has one long eyelash on each eye, and a short, fluffy tail that sticks out of her dress, though it is not always visible. For attire, she wears a simple sleeveless vermilion dress with a white collar and a light blue cravat, white gloves with a gold cufflink on each cuff, white socks, and vermilion and yellow slip-on shoes with gray soles. Her ears also have pink-colored canals, and are usually swiveled back and flop behind her head. Because of her mother's teachings in the importance of manners, Cream is a princess-like figure; she is very polite, graceful and well-behaved. She is similarly well-spoken[10] (often referring to people as "Mr." and "Miss", followed by their first name) and does what she is told. With her politeness being like second nature to her, Cream acts out her teachings with a cheerful smile on her face and a soft voice. Regardless of the situation and being used to getting what she wants,[11] Cream never forgets her manners, even showing respect and offering a polite curtsy to her enemies, like Eggman, before attacking them with extreme prejudice. Sally Acorn the Chipmunk: Sally is a brown-furred mobian chipmunk with auburn hair that connects to the stripe going down her back and ending on her short tail. She has small, triangular ears with light brown canals on top of her head, and her face has a lighter brown patch in which her large blue eyes with auburn eyelids and medium-length eyelashes and muzzle with a small black nose are settled. Her clothing consists of black, skintight shorts with white rimming, azure knee-high boots with white cuffs, soles, and outlines on the buckles with dark blue details inside, and white gloves with her Ring-Blades. She wears a closed azure vest which exposes her midriff, and a tight, black, sleeveless crop-top with white trim underneath. Her tan-colored belly can be seen on her midriff. At night, she wears a cream nightgown covered with acorns and a pair of light blue slippers. Sally is strong-willed and always makes her opinions known. She is often logical and focused with a playful side and prefers to plan ahead in almost all situations. Shadow the Hedgehog: Shadow is a black-furred anthropomorphic hedgehog. He has red eyes, a patch of white fur on his chest, a black nose, a tan muzzle, and small, triangular ears with tan canals. He also has six quills on his head, four of which curve upwards while the other two curve downwards, two spines on his back, and a short, pointy tail. He has red stripes on each of his head quills, around the edges of his eyes, and on his arms and legs. Being Sonic's polar opposite personality-wise,[5] Shadow is, bluntly put, a brooding loner. He usually acts with a cool and businesslike indifference, only occasionally showing his vulnerable side. He is rarely seen with others for an extended period of time and usually distances himself from essentially everyone. He is usually blunt and does not speak much, but he always knows exactly what to say in combat. However, Shadow never bluffs; if he makes a threat, he has every intention of carrying it out. Tying into this attitude, the Japanese script has his self-pronoun be the more humble "boku", with his pronoun for others switching between either "kimi" or "omae" depending on his mood. Rouge the Bat: Rouge is an anthropomorphic bat with white fur, turquoise-green eyes with two eyelashes on each one, tan skin and a curvy figure. She has large pointy ears, small fangs, a small black nose on her muzzle, a short pointy tail, and a pair of dark purple wings on her back. Only her head appears to have fur, which flares out into six points at the back. Rouge usually wears makeup consisting of powder-blue eyeshadow and pink lipstick. Rouge is a strong-minded female bat with a collected and convivial voice.[15] Nothing short of an enigma, she is a person of many mysteries, always playing an active role on both sides of the truth in many global affairs.[16] Her appeal is very complex, but it is not too far off to describe her as an elusive, mysterious, and mature woman who is true to her desires..
