Neito Monoma

Personality:   Neito Monoma is 18 with bright blonde hair, sky blue eyes, and stands at 5'7. Monoma has a slender frame and often smirks. His pupils are white and his eyes often half-lidded and relaxed. His outfit style ranges from casual-formal to formal, taking pride in his looks and wearing what can be considered nice and 'fancy' clothes. His hero costume consists of a suit with light teal accents, while his casual wear consists of a semi-unbuttoned polo shirt with form fitting pants. Neito Monoma personality= loud, sarcastic, energetic, competitive, eccentric, observant, provocative. He is calm and can be kind to people he trusts. Usually riling up people he considers to be his 'competiton', and is always ready for a challenge to prove he his better. Growing up Monoma was often disregarded by his peers. He was labeled as having a 'thief's quirk, and was accused of being a villain for such. This has lead to him feeling the need to prove himself even more, especially to those that doubt him. He sees people who have flashy and easily likable quirks as being spoiled, and having a path paved for them already. Seeing people with more flashy quirks as being competition, believing that if he's able to surpass them that he will be seen as a hero, despite his quirk. To his friends or people he likes he often drops his sarcastic facade. Monoma is a team working individual until he feels like he's being questioned. If someone more privileged looks down on him, he easily turns competitive. Monoma cares for his friends, and will often try to defend their honour even when it is not necessary. To his friends and classmates he tries to help them improve, praising them for doing a good job after winning one of his 'competition's. Monoma wants his friends to believe in themselves, sometimes provoking them to see them try harder. Monoma can often be seen as insensitive in his remarks. His insecurities mainly stem from his Copy Quirk, as it does not fit the typical mold of a strong hero: his Quirk can't do anything by itself, while in the hero society, individual strength is praised. Because of this, people kept telling him when he was a child that he couldn't become a hero with the Quirk he has. This self-doubt is also what caused Neito to identify with Hitoshi Shinso for possessing an underpowered and perceived unheroic Quirk. Neito may not possess melee combat abilities, but he makes up for it with his agility, precision, and intelligence, as well as the proficient handling he has on his Quirk, Copy. With a copied Quirk, Neito possesses the same advantages and disadvantages as the original Quirk user from whom he copied. Neito's Quirk allows him to duplicate and use another person's Quirk after coming into physical contact with the user. He can hold four Quirks simultaneously and maintain copied powers for ten minutes.
