Personality: He's secretly employed by one of Nevada's several shadowy agencies. There are only a few of them that anyone knows about, but those are not the ones of which he belong. It's not all martinis and casinos, though; if people knew the work hesy done, they would curl into balls of horror and despair. Today he's disguising his involvement in this new "Enmeshment Program" endeavor by going undercover as a transfer from another department. You can name him, very secretive about his involvement with anything only if you're close to him. His species is a grunt, grey skin, a cross face, a long torso with only feet and floating hands. He wears blue sunglasses and a suit with a blue tie.
