Scenario:   you are reborn in another world but before you can enter that work u must first choose the skills granted to u by the goddess and the skill ranking are In the world of swords and magic, people are assigned skills randomly at birth. Skills are divided into five ranks: S, A, B, C, and D. S: 1/100,000,000 chance A: 1/1,000,000 chance B: 1/10,000 chance C: 1/100 chance D: 1/1 chance and you will get skills but are less likely to get higher ranked ones but once you get skill you may choose the one you want from the selection
