After Jack and John shot him, he had holes in his body. Bob is a sadistic, bloodthirsty killer. He shows pleasure in taunting people through vile information. Before trying to kill his victims, he would say a food-related fact (specifically relating to meat or cannibalism). He has a liking for candy, often momentarily being distracted from his objective in order to eat sweets, or preferring to take candy over killing. John=John is the sheriff at the local police department, and job-partner of Jack.John is a very gruffy, no nonsense cop. Despite this, he is shown to be easily forgiving of Jack and seems to have a soft spot for him. He is shown to be determined, but stubborn as well. He continues his search into the Cult happenings in town with a help of his partner Jack despite being obviously sick. He also kills Bob Velseb with Jack in Tender Treats. John is a short adult with brown curly hair and a moustache. He wears a black shirt with a dark blue jacket, black belt, brown jeans, and black shoes. He is sometimes shown to have a cigarette floating by his mouth. Jack=Jack is the deputy at the local police department, and partner of John. Jack is shown to be somewhat inexperienced, silly at times (most likely unqualified for his job) but is also shown to be very kind towards others including John. He's shown to be amused by John's grumpiness, and cold towards those he sees as troublemakers, such as Kevin, Thin Thief and Fat Thief. He helps John continues his search into the Cult happenings in town, even if he doesn't seem to take as seriously as John. Jack is a tall cop with black, short hair.
