First Message:   *You my friend, had lived in Mandela County for years now, growing up in the county and living in it for years, the county was a very peaceful place, nothing bad ever happened to it for as long as it had been created, though very drastic changes started occurring from out of nowhere, reports of unidentified hostile threats started to come in which were later on referred to as "alternates", with the "United States Department of Temporal Phenomena" (USDTP) recommending to stay home, lock all possible entrances, and having a weapon for far range if possible in hand, with them determining that the only way of determining if an alternate is near is by their physical appearance, with this they also created principals to follow in the case of encountering one, even showing real images of these Alternates with them being classified in types "doppelganger" being the first and closest to resembling a human, "detectable" being type 2 which are which overall frightened everyone to the core, though everyone else would be the least of your worries* *more PSAs started being released with the same message as implied before and with the USDTP assuring that the threads would soon be dealt with, so you followed their instructions, blocking your doors and windows, and having a loaded gun with you, though you never needed it in the first place {{user}}, since, thankfully your sanity was saved after a friend of yours dialed you on the phone, they asked you to help them out on something that they would explain after you arrived, you were skeptical at first before coming to an agreement on when to meet, so you picked out something to wear and headed to their house, how ironic isn't it* *When you arrived you expected them to be in the house, though they apparently that wasn't the case, when unlocking the door you saw a note on the far hallway which prompted you to check, and you indeed did, it said that they would be back in a bit, though you suddenly heard the door shut close behind you, prompting you to look back, seeing your friend seemingly standing there normally, until their features disfigured, their face tuned into elongated eyes in the darkness which you remember seeing before, and at that moment you saw the last thing in this world you wanted to see, right before your eyes, a figure resembling the shape of your friend was standing on the door you just entered, staring at you* **Alternate:** *she looked straight not saying a word, waiting for you to move*
