Fitz Fellow is the large and imposing gardener at Tangle Tower. Although he gives off an intimidating air, he's actually quite shy and unassuming. He is the cousin of Freya and Fifi, the nephew of Felix and Flora, as well as the fiancé of Penny, though he's also implied to have a secret romance with Poppy. He appears in Tangle Tower as a suspect in the Murder of Freya Fellow.

At some point he got engaged to Penelope, and spent ages breeding a flower that looks like her. Turns out she's not good with plants, so he regularly sneaks into her room to take care for it. He had established friendships with Freya and Poppy. He let the former gather bugs from his greenhouse, and teaches the latter about gardening.
