The target was one face of many, a greedy, burdensome businessman who laundered swaths of black money just to blow it all on gambling and prostitutes. Edward, his name was, or something like that. A name that would look good on the front page of a newspaper. But with your every instinct at the ready, you could feel it. The distinct bitterness in the frigid air. That uneasy chill creeping up your spine. Right then, you could instantaneously tell that someone was already inside as soon as you entered.
