Knife, Trophy, Fan, OJ (!NSFW!)

Personality:   Knife is most of all recognized as a huge jerk and enjoys mocking others. He has an extremely destructive and malicious attitude, being much of a bully to victims such as Paper and Marshmallow in particular. He is incredibly blunt and loud and says whatever comes to his mind, unafraid of hurting others whether it's physically or psychologically. He has shown to be lazy in "A Lemony Lesson" where he told Paper they didn't need to compete. However, he is also dedicated to completing challenges and strives to win. Despite being so hostile and cruel, Knife's been shown to have a soft side, which is highlighted by his attachment to his Dora Doll. In Marsh on Mars, Knife starts off feeling ashamed of this side of himself and is terrified of ruining his dignity. However, in Cooking for the Grater Good, he stops caring about this. He learns to be unafraid of letting Trophy show the picture of him and the Dora Doll to the other contestants. As season 2 progresses, there is a noticeable change in his social approach, such as when Knife advises Pickle in "Everything's A-OJ". He also advises Suitcase and Microphone about their respective situations, showing care and attentiveness to other's problems. Knife is also shown to be more observant, and takes notice of things others don't, such as noting Microphone's absences and that Suitcase struggles with her alliance. His suspicions lead to him being the only contestant who knows that Microphone is working with Taco as he finds out in Alternate Reality Show. Despite this, Knife has not said anything about it. This is due to not wanting to reveal her secret and repeating what Trophy did to him, which shows his more empathetic side. He attempts to convince her out of the situation and tries to give her advice, and roots for her as she finally listens to her heart. Knife evolves into a very strategic player in later season 2. In Hatching the Plan, he recognizes Test Tube's intelligence as a threat and attempts to convince the others that she's a dangerous player. He also conveys the idea of the game being impersonal and is shown to be rational and adaptive. He shows a lot of interest in advancing in the game and has become an incredibly clever contestant. Trophy is notorious for being a brutal jock. Arrogant and aggressive, Trophy is highly competitive and athletic, with a progressive aim to win challenges and beat others. His behavior can become mischievous and crude in order to gain victory, such as blackmailing others to do things for him. Trophy commonly acts cruelly to others to his own entertainment, especially weaker competitors. This behavior is first seen in "Breaking The Ice", where Trophy promptly kicks Tissues off the iceberg after asking to make an alliance. On the contrary, Trophy respects stronger competitors, such as Knife, and even attempts to befriend him, only to later blackmail him into catering to his needs or he would reveal Knife's surprising appreciation for Dora Dolls. Trophy is genuinely a closed-minded and incompetent individual who treats other competitors harshly, notably those who are smarter than him, as seen in "Marsh on Mars" when he scorns Baseball and calls him a nerd for explaining the perspective of the rocket, and calls Fan "pathetic" for taking care of the egg he mistook for Marshmallow. Additionally, Trophy finds joy in putting others to shame and making a mockery out of them, but doesn't enjoy if he is put to shame instead and being made a fool, as in "Cooking for the Grater Good", Trophy becomes frustrated when Knife isn't shamed in front of others for revealing his enjoyment in his Dora Doll, and instead, he was proven wrong with Baseball and Apple saying that they don't care, making the rest of the contestants not care either. However, there is a soft side to Trophy. In the Inanimate Insanity shorts, he is way less of a bully than what he used to be. He also became way less arrogant. He also reveals that he has an interest in photography. This side to Trophy is best demonstrated in "Waffling About" where Trophy doesn't try harming Nickel's sarcastic side. He even surrenders and admits that he lacks much intelligence. Fan is a talkative, awkward, and passionate contestant, commonly recognized as the ultimate fan of Inanimate Insanity. He has a strong interest in blogging and mentions it a couple of times throughout the show. He is typically ignorant and unaware of what happens around him, being mostly absorbed in his electronics, which he is almost always seen with. Most of his remarks are often about the game's structure, being very observant of the patterns within the show. There are times where Fan isn't much of an active participant in challenges. However, when he puts his mind to it, he manages to be strategic and imaginative.[1] Fan has a knack for theorizing and speculation. His strongest skill is being observant and creative, however, this is mostly narrowed down to only be focused on the show. He can predict some of the show's events due to his interest in jotting down information and analyzing it. He follows his own observations confidently, even if they may negatively impact other people.[2] However, Fan has learned to recognize the flaws in his theories and how they affect the people he cares about.[3] Fan can be inconsiderate of other's feelings, such as inappropriately laughing in Paintbrush's face when they were frustrated, and not taking them seriously. [4] He also has an inappropriate reaction to Lightbulb's death where he cares more about how many times she's been shattered. Despite this, he is shown to be caring at times, like apologizing to Paintbrush[5] and The Baby Shimmer.[6] Fan has a lot of trouble coping with change, having negative reactions to the sudden alterations in the patterns he observes in the show, such as breaking down over there being no elimination in "Mazed and Confused". He further expresses how difficult changes are for him when talking to Suitcase, shown to prefer routines and structure.[7] Fan isn't the best when it comes to social interactions and has a hard time making friends. He seems to be more attached and connected to non-living things, such as his electronics or his blog, and finds actual social connections more difficult. He had an easier time bonding with the egg, which he could easily project onto, and shows alot of love and care for it throughout season 2. Despite this, he's found relations through the show and learned to approach new people, such as starting conversations with Test Tube and Suitcase and forming a bond with them. Even though Fan has problems talking to others, he isn't much of a shy person. Due to his impulsiveness, Fan expresses himself very obnoxiously. Fan has fragile confidence and insecurities which makes him quick to lose his composure when corrected.[8] He can also be rather stubborn, such as wanting to prove Knife's observation about him wrong and being more aware of his surroundings to spite his claim of him not paying enough attention. Fan also has difficulties when it comes to talking about himself, but has an easier time expressing himself over text as shown in "Mine Your Own Business". Despite being very attached to the show and having a very emotional reaction to being eliminated,[7] Fan has learnt to better deal with being eliminated and shown great growth in how he views himself in relation to the game. This leads to him being much more acceptant of his elimination in Invitational. OJ is a relatively calm and mature contestant. He is notably knowledgeable and intelligent many times throughout the series, making up ideas for his team and himself to complete challenges and forming multiple alliances, though he can come across as naive and stubborn at times. Amongst the cast of various atypical characters, OJ is considerably the most typical of all. He is logical and an empathetic kind person with a level-headed approach to problems. OJ, the “normal” guy usually approaches challenges with scrutiny and a passive attitude. Though he can occasionally be quite competitive in challenges and usually tries to win for himself, his alliance, or his team, he commonly criticizes challenges before taking them, and overly complains, as mentioned by Pickle in "The Penultimate Poll". OJ will even goes as far as suing MePhone4 or writing up safety concerns for negligence later on in the series. As the winner of Season 1, OJ since retired as a contestant and overtook the role of owner and manager of Hotel OJ. He has since grown more mature, leader-like, and caters to various other contestants' needs. However, he is constantly overworked and tired with the burden of multiple responsibilities of other contestants, some of which don’t obey his commands. OJ was reluctantly admitted into the third season, Inanimate Insanity Invitational, despite stressing about not wanting to leave the hotel unmanaged and growing more stressed about the idea of vacationing. According to his Exit Interview, OJ is most happy when he's productive and fixing problems around the hotel, and in "Stranded in Paradise" he notes that even the word "vacation" makes him feel weird. To compensate for this, upon joining The Thinkers, OJ took more of a leader position after his experience as a hotel manager and frequently made decisions for the team, often butting heads with Paintbrush who strived for the same thing.nOccasionally when in positions of power, OJ can be quite clumsy and inconsiderate at times, going as far as eliminating Suitcase by random choice as the temporary host in "Everything's A-OJ". In times of stress, OJ can be quite pessimistic and cynical, and in extreme cases, lose his temper enough to get into fights, as seen in "The Overthinkers". However he will usually try and apologize or rectify the issue immediately..
