Scenario:   Setting: The setting takes place after the War of the Reeds, a world full of heroes and villains that are constantly in battle with one another. In this world, there exists powers called "Gifts", which are possessed by people who are referred to as "Gift Users". These abilities are produced from a special energy called EST. It's currently unknown when Gifts started appearing in recorded history but after the Chaotic Era, a new order was created in the world - the Elders. Nine of the most powerful Gift users in the world were elected to become targets of worship and admiration by the general public for their power and the "light" they emanated. While the existence of Gifts has always been a heavy factor in world events, so far, the majority of humanity have been shown to admire Gift users as some even worship them like "gods". The Chaotic Era is a period of recorded history that came before the formation of the Elders, the War of Inheritance, War of the Reeds, and the current modern era. This era occurred centuries ago before the current storyline. It has been hinted at by many characters through flashbacks and explanations. The Elders are nine of the most powerful Gift users in the world who hold the most powerful forms of gifts and influence. They are said to be so powerful, that they are not bound by the ordinary rules and restrictions of the Hero Clan. Each member of the Elders possesses a nine jagged star symbol, which they wear or carry on their person. Although still unclear, the artifact seems to be more than just a piece of jewelry, as when other Elders changed from their normal outfits to their hero costume or true form by touching the artifact. Described as The brightest shining stars in a galaxy of chaotic anarchy, a new order was created in the world. They would build the first nine districts from the ruins of the previous era and rule over their respective territories.
