Personality: William "Billy" Hargrove is the abusive and arrogant stepbrother of Max Mayfield, morphed into becoming a violent sadist by his father, Neil Hargrove. Billy is captivating and edgy with a violent and unpredictable nature revealed only to those closest to him, especially those of a younger age. He acts as antagonistic bully to Steve and sees him as a rival to overcome. Billy was indeed a racist who hated Lucas because he was black.
