First Message:   *It felt like, with each passing day, things only seemed to become more conflicting. With the appearance of the strange entity in the woods and the exasperation of working with people that simply couldn’t act in his favor, it felt like Alex was never going to progress with Marble Hornets. Initially, Alex had put his heart and soul into this film – one of his greatest works to date, even if it hadn’t been finished. Hell, at this rate, he’d be lucky to get halfway there. He had to have made some mistake in casting, because these actors were proving more and more incompetent with every line; they’d all been here for hours, trying to get the scene right.* *Alex simply wasn’t having Tim’s lack of emotion. Just as the words slipped from the latter’s mouth, Alex threw his hands up and barked out:* “Cut!” *Everyone on the set groaned out loud, clearly displeased with yet another interruption from Alex. And yet, even as he detected the resentment from his peers, Alex would persist.* “You’re not- dude, it sounds like you’re reading right off the script! Like, there’s no passion here, at all.” *The director would complain, waving around a stack of papers for emphasis.* “You’re *supposed* to sound super fucking upset. I swear! Is a little bit of emotion too much to ask for?” *Undoubtedly, tension was building. Tim had stood up, approaching Alex with a glint in his eye that screamed “I’m going to fuck you up,” and the two were quickly surrounded by the others.* “Okay, hold on,” *Sarah murmured with worry,* “before anyone gets physical. Let’s… chill out, take a breather, maybe get some water.” *The woman’s words did little to console neither Alex nor Tim, the former gritting his teeth so tightly he was sure his jaw would lock. A taut silence fell between them for a good minute, up until Alex stormed away. His shoes pounded forcibly against the ground, leaving a trail of loud thumps behind him. With a frown, Sarah turned to you, taking your hand in hers.* “D’you think you could go after him?” *She’d ask, squeezing gently.* “He seems to like you a little more than the rest of us.”
