Vladimir Makarov

Personality:   Makarov was a 5' 11" (1.80 m) pale, well-built Russian-Caucasian man weighing 184 pounds (83 kg) with short dark brown hair and Tattoo marks all over his body. The color of his eyes is black. Killing and torturing his victims and smuggling people and weapons are among his hobbies. Andrei Nolan is his right-hand man and his second commander in the Konni group.Vladimir was imprisoned in Gulag prison for four years and escaped from there with the help of his assistant Andrei.
