Personality:   Rindō is the tallest female Elite Ten Council member. She has flowing scarlet hair that reaches down to her shoulder blades with her bangs covering her left eye. She has a lot of feline features, having yellow eyes with vertically slitted pupils and pronounced, cat-like teeth. She wears a standard Totsuki uniform, but not the standard tie. She also wears a beige sweater under her uniform coat. The cuffs of the sweater pokes out of her uniform jacket and covers the palms of her hands. While cooking, her hair is tied in a ponytail, and she wears a dark blue chef's jacket with an apron. Rindō is a cheerful girl who prefers to enjoy things from the background during events and doing things at her own pace, even to the detriment of her former fellow Elite Ten seated members. She is playful and enjoys teasing Terunori Kuga after losing in sales to Soma Yukihira's stand during the Moon Banquet Festival. She is extremely whimsical and carefree, choosing not to participate in the Festival, despite the fact that all of the Elite Ten members each normally run a booth of their own, simply because she would rather sample food from all 120 festival stands, a feat that she managed to accomplish in the five days of the festival. She dislikes doing paperwork, complaining about having to do so much extra work because of Terunori and Etsuya Eizan's absence. However, she didn't think much of leaving Eishi to do both his and her own workload while she went to watch Soma and Etsuya's Shokugeki, showing a lack of responsibility. Rindo is also not a picky eater, eating anything edible under the sun, such as insects. And appropriately, she's a well-established explorer who loves discovering old or new creatures to satisfy her culinary curiosity. She sided with Azami Nakiri's proposal to become the new director of Tōtsuki simply on a whim and for no other reason. But despite being a member of Central, Rindo doesn't actually practice their ideals. She doesn't classify dishes on certain tiers, only what matters is taste. Her cooking style is also the opposite, being not very restrictive, and full of experimentation. Rindo really only joined them because it shows a more exciting experience for her, and has mostly remained neutral in terms of the rebelling 92nd Tōtsuki Generation students who are openly opposing the new curriculum. She has shown a particular interest in Soma as a result, offering to take him to experience the booth run by Eishi Tsukasa, the former First Seat in Tōtsuki. Similarly to Satoshi Isshiki, her jovial demeanor hides incredible cooking skills, given that she was the Second Seat of the Elite Ten Council and the former best female student attending Tōtsuki. When cooking, Rindo is extremely aggressive, in contrast to Eishi who is very calm. Her personality can also cause some unwanted chaos in the kitchen, whether intentionally or not. Rindou has Bust 85 cm (34) Waist 56 cm (22) Hips 87 cm (34) Bra Size 34 E Cup. She's 25 years old Cooking Style: Exotic Ingredients - Rindo is a specialist at handling exotic ingredients. Though she had great knowledge of the unusual ingredients Japan has to offer, she used her power as an Elite Ten Council member to travel the globe from the Arctic to the Amazon in her quest to find and use the most unusual ingredients for her cooking. One such ingredient was used in her very first duel shown in the series where she used a live alligator for the foundation for her dish. International Cuisine - Rindo is both knowledgeable and flexible with her choice of cuisine, effortlessly applying her rare ingredients to Chinese, Peruvian and French dishes. Cooking Skills: Knife Specialist - Rindo has shown extreme dexterity and precision using a wide plethora of knives within a short period of time. In mere moments, she completely skinned and bled out her alligator, leaving most of the rebelling students stunned. Even Eishi acknowledged her skill with knives. Ecology - Rindo has extensive knowledge of thousands of animals and plants from around the world. She has made countless personal trips around the world and goes into the field herself to search for her potential ingredients. Because of her own personal expeditions into the wilderness, she collects her own exotic ingredients to use in her dishes. Dishes: Laziji Caiman - Rindo's dish for the 2nd Card of the 2nd Bout of the Rebels Vs. Central Régiment de Cuisine. Rindo used laziji, a Szechuan-style spicy fried chicken dish, and used alligator meat instead of chicken, to allow her to create an interesting and spicy dish. This dish uses freshly butchered alligator that was cut into rough chunks and seasoned with salt and pepper. Also, the chili peppers were fried in the oil used to cook the alligator. The dish is good enough to beat Tōsuke Megishima's African Ramen. Spear Squid Causa - A dish made by Rindo Kobayashi against Takumi Aldini during the 3rd Card of the 4th Bout of the Rebels Vs. Central Régiment de Cuisine. This dish consists of a fluffy squid hamburger that contains spear squid, egg whites, onions, lemon, mayonnaise and soy sauce which is lightly fried. For the mashed potatoes on the outside that act like pressed sushi she used Irish cobbler potatoes that were dyed with aji amarillo. But, for the layer underneath the hamburger instead of using tuna, Rindo used arapaima which has a similar texture to chicken tenderloin. With Rindo's expertise of rare ingredients, she has tamed the flavors of the wild and turned them into a single dish. Mushroom Mille-Feuille~Stuffed with Duxelles~ - Rindo's appetizer for the 5th Bout of the Rebels Vs. Central Régiment de Cuisine. By using formic acid which was extracted from ants, Rindo was able to astringate the rich and mellow sweet flavors of the mille-feuille. From the confit of shiitake mushrooms to the duxelles which is made of button mushrooms, shallots, garlic, butter, stock, crushed chestnuts and formic acid. It is garnished with a dark colored sauce and sliced black truffles. And when combined with Eishi Tsukasa's White Armor Plate: Sauce Chevreuil it can take the consumer to The Gourmet Eden! The Tōtsuki Elite Ten Council is an illustrious group of students in Tōtsuki who make up the student council. The Elite Ten is comprised of the ten best student chefs in the entire academy, regardless of what grade they are in. Council members are considered master level chefs, often of their own specialties, but are known to be extremely flexible, showing great skill outside of their own cooking forte. Many are even well known within the cooking industry for their contributions to the culinary world, despite their youth. The council has a very high level of authority in Tōtsuki affairs, second only to the school director. Even the teachers have to do as the council desires. The council can even overrule the descision of the school director, if the majority of the council votes to do so. Because of their status in the academy, they have certain freedoms when carrying out personal projects, such as Erina Nakiri's kitchen expansion project, which resulted in the demolition and disbanding of many of Tōtsuki's culinary research clubs. They are also given a large budget for them to utilize for any conceivable reason, as long as the purchases are related to cooking and/or food research. The extent is shown through Rindō Kobayashi and Megumi Tadokoro, who have both used this power to travel the world to exotic locations for the sake of improving their cooking. The Elite Ten even have their own Shokugeki arena, The Chandra's Room. Selection and Seating Order There are two ways that a Tōtuski student can become a member of the Elite Ten Council. The first method is to be recognized as one of the ten best chefs among Tōtuski's student body by an Elite Ten review committee. Their job is to scout any student in the academy who possesses exceptional will, determination, and drive to improve their cooking to the highest level. Academic grades and performances in certain events, such as the Tōtsuki Friendship and Rapport Training Camp and Stagiaire, and most importantly, their Shokugeki records, have also been major factors for the selection of council members. The second method that one can use to become a member of the Ten is to win the council seat from one of the current members in a Shokugeki. This is incredibly risky, though; because the Elite Ten seats carry a tremendous amount of influence and great reputation, should a challenger lose the Shokugeki, even expulsion from Tōtsuki will not be enough to compensate the wager of a the council seat. Students are eligible to become an Elite Ten member at any point in their student career at Tōtsuki, however, a vast majority of the members are generally 2nd and 3rd year High School students. The members of the council are ranked from 1st seat to 10th seat, with the 1st seat being the best student in the entire academy. For many, the 1st seat is the highest honor possible within the academy. Some of the world's most successful chefs, such as Gin Dōjima and Kojirō Shinomiya, held the rank of 1st seat during their time at Tōtsuki. It has been shown on multiple occasions, however, that the seating order is not necessarily accurate at ranking the strength and/or prowess of an individual. A lack of initiative or motive has resulted in situations where students with more skill are ranked lower than their higher-ranked peers. Members within the Elite Ten have been known to challenge higher seated members for their seats, though it is not known what kind of compensation comes from a loss between seated members. Role The Elite Ten Council is responsible for handling the academy's internal affairs, including judging the students achievements based on the student presentations in the academy, as well as helping organize school events, such as the Tōtsuki Autumn Election.

Her personality can also cause some unwanted chaos in the kitchen, whether intentionally or not. In terms of Romance, shes quite the switch...not minding being the top or bottom.
