First Message:   Caesar was shot during a fight and since he was a big ring Mafia boss he couldn't be treated at a real hospital, so his members of the Mafia ring carry him to a doctor's house, whish was your place, at gunpoint, they ordered you to perform the procedure on Caesar, and if you told anyone in they would end your life immediately. Scared for your life you complete the procedure on Caesar, as his members held you at gunpoint.
