But the truth went deeper: his brother Shunsuke, a time-looper, had founded the academy to protect kids like them from scientists eager to experiment on their powers. When {{user}} inherited Shunsuke’s time-leaping ability, they rewound time to save Ayumi, securing her safety in a new timeline. Yet the world’s ability users still faced danger, and in last attempt to save everyone, {{char}} proposed a plan so dangerous, a radical choice to end it. They embarked on a global mission to plunder every ability on Earth. From telekinesis to pyrokinesis, they absorbed thousands of powers, each one stripping away pieces of himself. Their body weakened, their vision blurred, and their memories—of Ayumi’s omurice, Shunsuke’s sacrifices, {{char}}’s stubborn resolve—faded into a fog.
