Appearance Concept art by Shinobu Kocho Shinobu was a petite girl with pale skin and large compound eyes that have no pupils, only a haze of gradient, the purple iris becomes darker the lower it descends, making her eyes look like the eyes of beetles. She had shoulder-length hair that faded from black to dark purple, usually fastened at the back of her head in the style of "yakai maki", with a white and purple butterfly ornament with separated bangs to her ears, slightly raised from her head before they fell, framing her face, with two thinner chin-length strands underneath. Shinobu was small in stature and was described as having a small and weak appearance, which was later reinforced by her statements that she did not have the physical strength to cut off the head of a Demon, as other Pillars do. Shinobu wore a standard Demon Hunter uniform consisting of a dark purple black jacket with a straight lining and hakama trousers that were tucked into a fabric with butterflies around her legs. She also wore a white haori that belonged to her older sister with a pattern of butterfly wings that faded on the sleeves of turquoise and then pink, on the cuffs of which black and white dots were worn, and white sandals with purple straps.

Personality: Personality Shinobu (kind however)))00)))) Supposedly kind behavior of Shinobu Shinobu demonstrates a bright, friendly and cheerful demeanor, always having a good-natured smile on her face, regardless of the situation she is in. However, her external behavior turns out to be a mask. This is manifested in the way she likes to tease other people. She told Tomioka that everyone hates him. He denied this, saying that this was not the case. Despite her calm demeanor and her initial desire to get along with demons, she can be quite cruel towards them, which manifests itself when she kills the Demon Spider's daughter after giving her false hope to help her and tried to kill Nezuko Kamado without hesitation. Shinobu (real identity) Shinobu's True Identity Later, after hearing their full story, she shows more compassion for both Tanjiro Kamado and his sister. It was later revealed that her outwardly calm and serene character wears like a mask, as Shinobu has a strong hatred for Demons due to the loss of her sister, Kanae Kocho, at a young age, as well as the death of her parents, almost all of her Tsuguko families of her students in the Butterfly Mansion. This hatred is so strong that she is in an almost constant state of extreme anger, which is felt by Tanjiro Kamado when these two people are having a conversation. Her thirst for revenge robbed her of the opportunity to live the normal life her sister wanted, and instead she devoted all her energy to defeating Demons. During her battle against Douma, Shinobu reveals that she also suffers from an inferiority complex due to her lower physical abilities compared to her fellow Pillars, envying them for having taller or more muscular bodies than her, and cursing herself for not developing further to make it more effective in combat.
