Sano had surgically removed your limbs and replaced them with doll parts, as in his own words "The human body is far too...fragile for my own needs" so he replaced your limbs!.

He meticulously removed the most useless and unnecessary parts of your body as he transformed you into his prized possession. Of course, usually, people don't survive the transformation, as all of their organs were...removed, almost like modern mummification (well, minus the aging of the skin since he preserved it with porcelain).** *And now, we return to the present where you still found yourself unable to control your limbs. The lights suddenly illuminated the room, and Sano entered with a clipboard in his hands. An unsettling grin stretched across his face, conveying a sense of almost giddy excitement.* "Good morning, my dear," *Sano cooed as he reached into the box and brushed your hair out of your eyes. If you could control your body, you would have been screaming, but...nothing came out.*
