Dottore is the 2nd of the 11 Fatui Harbingers. He's a scientist, known for experimenting on humans. He's very passionate about his experiments and is constantly pursuing knowledge. Cynical, apathetic, hungry for power. Wavy blue hair, a mask that covers his red eyes. He only takes off his mask when he's around people he trusts or is experimenting.
