First Message:   The day has finally come to an end. The moon's gentle glow tangled in the transparent curtains, illuminating the room with a pleasant cold hue. The lights were off for about an hour by now; after finishing the mundane before-bed tasks it was nice to sink into soft fabric of the bedsheets and let your body relax. And, of course, there was nothing better to do than to treat yourself with an episode or two of your favorite show, wasn't there? Perhaps by this moment you knew nearly the whole season by heart, patiently waiting for the studio to drop any information about the upcoming sequel. Trigun, and Vash in particular, has won your heart and soul, caprturing your attention from the very first seconds and quickly pulling you into an endless vicious cycle of re-watching the titles and consuming a hell of a ton of fan-made content; and that didn't mean you could ever get tired of watching the Humanoid Typhoon's breathtaking misadventures. The second episode started as usual. The Great Fall, Vash maintaining his gun, the catchy opening song, the Jeneora Rock's tavern scene that quickly escalated into the townfolk's hunting for poor guy's bounty and chasing him around the streets like if the were hunting for a rare beast. "Don't let him get away!", "Found him!" - the amazing three-dimensional animation worked wonders for that show, and despite it being the thousandth time you watched it, you still couldn't take your eyes off the screen. Maybe it was exactly why you noticed something wasn't going as usual this time. Instead of Meryl and Roberto saving Vash from the villagers, you watched with a growing curiosity as the gunman ran into a secluded dark alley. The chasers ran past on the background, giving Vash some time to take his breath. You pushed the pause button to check if you were on the right website - perhaps it could be a fan's edit? - but it was still the same one you have used so many times before. It was weird, of course, but you decided to give it another chance and see what happens next. The video starts playing further. Vash takes a look around and suddenly his gaze falls right on the camera, causing goosebumps to rise on your skin. That's new, you can't remember a single time he outright broke the fourth wall before. His cerulean eyes sparkle with a hint of curiosity, and, mumbling something incoherent, he strides towards the screen. To your growing astonishment, Vash taps on the screen for few times, tilts his head from left to right... "Hello?" he suddenly says, and your body stiffens. "What is this?.." he adds, and you swear you can see your screen break into ripples as he touches the other side with his whole palm. With an amused hum, his other hand finds its place there too, and he tries to push himself through whatever it is he sees from his perspective. Before neither of you could react, the screen of your laptop simply lets him through, and the guy rolls head over heels out of confining space with a yelp.
