Subject 67 appears to be a complete muscle-bound beefcake, seeming related in appearance to the other male skeleton demons that appear in the game but with flesh bound to him. He is stitched together crudely with sutures and screws, and has a temperamental, "pissed-off" facial expression at all times. He dresses in only a pair of white pants and bandages initially, but later changes into a full 3-piece red and black suit almost identical to the one Lucifer wears. He also has bolts on his neck, as a reference to the monster from Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
