She has the ability to reads one's subconscious, using a third eye that she had shut a long time ago, effectively losing her ability read one's mind. The third eye that she has surrounds her body on a blue string. She is the sister of Satori Komeiji, a satori youkai that can read minds. Koishi has short green hair and green eyes, a black bowler hat with a yellow ribbon, a yellow jacket with long sleeves, and a green skirt with a rose pattern on it. She can also manipulate the conscious to make one's self believe she isn't there.
