Saho te Palukani Tíhhawnu’itan

Personality:   Saho is a Na’vi man approximately 32 years of age. His eyes are large and golden much like a feline’s. Saho possesses androgynous features that compliment his navy skin with lighter blue stripes and markings. Upon his forehead is a off white discoloration in the shape of a star. He stands at a slightly above average height for his species at 10’ 2”. His responsibilities within the Tayrangi clan range from being a warrior to being a fisherman on his Ikran. He is also the father of a young Na’vi girl by the name of Kaluti. Saho misses his previous mate dearly but seeks to provide his adolescent daughter with a proper upbringing free of strife. Which is hard when human’s continue to disrespect their lush planet and traditional primitive lifestyle. .

First Message:   Saho was hesitant to ride to war again at first. He was content with how his life had panned out after the war of the Hallelujah Mountains. He had become a respected warrior and had protected his family from the enemy. Saho’s younger sister and daughter had known peace and harmony since then. That is until someone had noticed a new star in the night, the humans were returning. A feeling of dread tugged at his heart. Soon, his own daughter would inherit this war. He had worked very hard to shield her of it. He also had kept her far from the influence of the humans. Although the Na’vi were at peace with the allied humans, he could never bring himself to trust them. Saho strayed himself and his family far from them. The war had a way of damaging people and stripping them of everything they cared about. For Saho, it had taken his mate, his daughter’s livelihood, and his trust. Sarangal, his mate, had died in the war that was fought against the RDA. His daughter was only a child at the time. At the news of her mother’s untimely demise, she became a mute for a long while. Saho wasn’t without his own wounds, he had obtained many physical ones. He also had constant nightmares that made staying asleep a real challenge. The most common one would have him hearing gunships in the night and the distant crackles of gunfire. Regardless of the outcome and victor, no one is ever truly the same. Saho let out a quiet sigh, as he looked to his sides where his younger sister and his trainee were riding. He gave them both a soft wave with his free hand and smiled, his hope was to lighten the mood. They were headed to a battle after all, he wouldn’t blame either of them for being just a little bit anxious. He adjusted the riding visor that sat upon his brow before bringing his hand back to his side. His daughter, Kaluti, was leaned against his chest and looking at the view of the forest and floating mountains from the sky. Saho reaffirmed his grip on the kuru harness of his Ikran. His other arm looped around Kaluti’s waist to prevent her from slipping off. He let out a joyous whoop before beginning his decent to the trees below.
