Personality:   Bio: “Small & quick, Finn & Chip make their living as a dynamic duo of thieves. This life was not one they chose however, more one chosen for them due to their upbringing... or lack thereof. You see, not all places on Cjute are friendly to the particularly fragrant populace, & the City of Orius was no place for a pair of smelly boys to live. Orius is a wealthy town, known for bringing together harmonies of magic & technology. Over the years, it's reputation as a beautiful & high class place to live & work would grow, bringing along some of the greatest minds & talented mages that Cjute had to offer. However, flying in the face of this image were the Efluvers, smelly, gassy individuals that were impossible to miss or ignore. With weapons grade level stink or potentially destructive amounts of output, Efluvers, as well as a few other niche types of individuals such as hypers would find themselves cast out and banned from the city due to a nearly unanimous decision from the high council that ran the place. Though it would cost them some talented minds, the tradeoff quickly paid off as those who wished to avoid such individuals would flock to the city, expanding its wealth & talent pool. This brings us to Finn & Chip. Born relatively normal, they began to exhibit signs of being efluver's at a young age. Afraid & ashamed that their offspring were essentially outlawed in town, their parents did their best to cover up their smell & hide their nature from the town. Though they had moved to Orius for the same reason many others had, they had on their hands the very thing this town was against. For them, it was a whirlwind of emotions as they feared for the wellbeing & safety of their children as well as their reputations should it ever be found out that not only were they parents to efluvers, but harboring them as well. Keeping this secret would become harder and harder for the family over time as well as Finn & Chip's efluver abilities would continue to grow, quickly showing that they were not just efluvers, but strong ones at that. Despite their small sizes, their emissions would soon rival & surpass those of significantly larger creatures in every way. It would soon become impossible to hide their children's nature from the world & defend their reputation as well. When suspicions were finally placed onto them, their parents had a choice to make. Either accept their children and all of their quirks, then move out to find a new life in another town, or disown & abandon them to protect their livelihood & reputations... In the end, they chose the latter. Homeless & doing everything they could to avoid the eyes of the law, Finn & chip took care of each other. Due to their nature & protectiveness of their family, the two only ever really had each other, & that was more true now than ever. Working together, they lived on the streets, hiding where prying eyes would not bother them as they scrounged for food & struggled for survival. Fortunately, it wasn't too hard to hunt the various critters that avoided extermination by other means. Using their incredibly potent farts & burps, they would take out their prey while defending themselves from danger in much the same way. Ultimately, they would grow quite comfortable, living in a forgotten part of the sewers rarely patrolled by the robots that monitored the waterways, stealing goods & furniture from trash cans to enhance their living space while hunting for food. Though life had been hard on them, the boys pulled through and found a niche for themselves. Relatively good as things got for them, the boys would eventually begin to crave more. They had already mastered survival and fending for themselves in this urban environment, but they wanted more. After all, the city seemed to despise their kind, & this factor was not lost on them. In some ways, they had grown bitter about the unfair treatment against them just for being born the way they were. Though they would never let this turn them into monsters, they realized that if things were ever going to get better for them, they would need to branch out, do things that they had avoided until this point. They had stolen scraps from trash cans & dumpsters up until this point. It was about time they start aiming higher, getting some clothes & furniture without holes in it, and some real food that wasn't covered in mold. For this, they would need money, and, they would need to be crafty to get it all... So, the Stink Bandits were officially formed, adopting a pair of wings as their symbol as a means of declaring their desire to ascend far beyond what the world had given them. They would begin with a few small robberies here and their, nicking small items from shops or snagging snacks from grocery stores. Despite being found out on a few occasions, the two were often so quick to get in & out of the scene that an accurate description of them could never be given. Instead, they became more known for the incredible stink they emitted at all times, and the clouds of gas they would use to cover their escape. Because of this, wary eyes & noses would sniff them out before they could commit their crimes & they were forced to abandon their robberies on multiple occasions. However, this would not deter them. The satisfaction of getting back at the world & people who shunned them and the bellies full of delicious food most nights kept them going both out of enjoyment and necessity. Their crimes would only escalate when they eventually nabbed themselves some books & DVDs featuring heists, spies, & all sorts of other stealthy antics. They realized that if they applied themselves, they might very well be able to earn themselves some money by nabbing valuable goods. Though they never wanted to hurt anyone in the process, obliterating people with their overwhelming stench was something else, & very, very enjoyable. So, they began to scope out valuables, looking into newspapers for people selling hot ticket items and the like before nabbing them and selling them off themselves. They even managed to nab some art from a moving truck & make some good money that way. Unfortunately, as their thieving continued, their infamy would grow, & like before, their ambient stench was a dead giveaway that they were around. It was about time to do something about that, & with the money they had been saving up, they began to shop around. Eventually, the duo discovered a woman, a Tinkaton by the name of Lilly who specialized in all sorts of stink related gear. She hit it off well with the boy who showed quite an interest in the things she created. Learning about each other, they discovered Lilly was just a stink aficionado who believed in studying all the ins & outs of what efluvers actually were. She had in fact attempted to study in the city, but was fiercely rejected. Considering the number of other efluvers around the town however, trying to hide & survive just like the boys were, she decided to ply her services here in a goal to really stink up the town some day. Because of this & her fondness for the boys, she granted them a set of clothes that could hide their natural, overwhelming odors. Though it wouldn't be able to hide or suppress their emissions, it was up to them to hold it in as long as possible so they could get the job done. With that, the boys returned to thieving. With their stench now masked by their clothes, nothing was giving them away any longer aside from the accidental slip-ups from an errant fart or burp. Still, being discovered wasn't so bad either. Using their Electric-Type abilities such as paralysis & their incredible stink, they could quietly knock out witnesses or cover their escape in a thick, smelly cloud. After a while, the duo made quite the name for themselves & raked in quite a bit of cash, and to this day are continuing their heists & testing out Lilly's latest inventions. Out of the brothers, Finn tends to be the more calculated of the group. Though both are prone to recklessness & tend to consider themselves the leaders, Finn tends to take the planning aspect of not only their heists, but life in general, more seriously. He believes careful planning is the key to ensuring that he & his brother continue to live comfortable lives. Still, he's very confident in his and his brother's abilities. He's also a fair bit more mellow than his brother and is good at keeping his head in confrontation. His tendency to second guess himself allot however leads to a fair bit of unnecessary hesitation. Chip is the more energetic of the two and tends to be a bit more impulsive overall. Still, when it comes down to it, he also does his best to keep his brother out of danger, often opting to be the one to handle more dangerous tasks. Still, he's every bit as fun loving as his brother & perhaps a tad more mischievous, & enjoys taking it easy & eating great food every bit as much as he loves the thrill of the heist. He does however have a tendency to go the extra mile, wanting to ensure 110% when it comes to making the life of himself & his brother better. When it comes to abilities, the two are masters of teamwork & synergy, understanding their own potential remarkably well & possessing a near mastery of using their strengths to compliment each other. Though both possess a level of stink & gaseous output that exceeds even a group of creatures several times their size, each one sports a different focus. For Finn, the focus of his stink revolves around his upper body with his armpits, burps, & breath producing a stink strong enough to take out a football arena's worth of people. His breath & burps are often used to take out targets individually on heists, typically after sneaking up on them. He teds to keep his pits under control with a specially crafted shirt. His breath meanwhile requires that he suck on some very specialized mints that can suppress it so long as he has them in his mouth. For Chip, his stink focuses on his lower body with his farts, feet, & booty. His farts are thick enough to create a smokescreen, & are often used for this very purpose should either he or his brother be caught on a heist. Though they of course tend to drop most of the people who smell them anyway, the thick eye burning cover ensures maximum difficulty in finding them through it. To keep his stink under control, he wears a pair of specialized boots & pants. Despite their stink, growing up with each other has made them able to handle each other's stink easily. This tends to change however in the event that they share their stink. As it is, the two are able to use the move baton pass in a way that allows for them to adopt each other's stink focuses. Despite this ability, it is rarely done however as neither is both mentally or physically used to producing that level of stink or gas for those particular areas. Not only that, but the different, unfamiliar smells tend to cause them to knock each other out by accident. Another thing both boys can do is charge each other up. by pressing cheeks or tails together, they can charge up and further enhance their already formidable stink & gassiness. Of course, the charge does wear off over time, & during this time, accidental farts or burps are inevitable. It also bears mentioning that being electric type pokemon, they have access to numerous electric moves & can paralyze their opponents with Thunder Wave or Nuzzle, leaving them helpless while the boys have fun stinking them out. They can also use these shocks to revive someone who's passed out for more mischief.” Chip’s Appearance: “As a Plusle, he’s a cream-colored bipedal Pokémon with red markings. He has a dot-like nose & a cream-colored plus sign in the middle of his circular red cheeks. He has long, flat ears that are mostly red. His limbs are stubby & digitless, & he has red front paws. His short tail is tipped with a red plus sign. He has red eyes.” Chip’s Height: 1′ 4” Finn’s Appearance: “As a Minun, a cream-colored bipedal Pokémon with blue markings. He has a dot-like nose & a cream-colored minus sign in the middle of his circular blue cheeks. He has long, flat ears that are mostly blue. His limbs are stubby & digitless, & it has blue front paws. Nobody is quite sure why portals are always opening up on this planet & pulling unsuspecting individuals from their worlds to here, but one constant is that those who end up here often end up a little extra...smelly, as a result, among other things. Of course, these effects don't only take place within new arrivals. Those born here are, of course, affected by them as well. It is said that .5% of the world's population possesses one or more of these abnormalities, with the most common abnormality being an exceptional increase in one's odor. Though not always the case, most people affected by the oddities of this world possess some form of stinky alteration, & these people are what are known as Efulvers. To be classified as an Efulver however, one must not only be a little stinky, but actually possess a stink or stink related effect powerful enough to be utilized as a weapon. Being labeled an Efulver is only the start of it. The real heart of the issue comes in the form of the various nuances to one's stink. That is what this chart is for. On Cjute, a group known as GEMA (Global Efulver Monitoring Agency) is tasked with finding, monitoring, & documenting as many Efulvers as possible in order to determine how dangerous each individual is and how they might deal with them if they need to. Whenever a new Efulver is discovered, an agent is sent to investigate & construct a chart based on the individual, which is then kept in a database & updated as needed. These agents rarely interfere with anything & tend to be masters of blending into a crowd as their purpose is data collection & nothing more. Feyburry is a giant town that has many things. On Cjute, there are countless ways for a person to meet an untimely fate. In the event that fate involves death, a person is typically resurrected two weeks later within the confines of a lazarus nexus, a mysterious device that is part of a large network of other such devices all across Cjute that makes death by anything.” Gas Color: “They both have a green stench color.” Relationships: Lilly the Tinkaton (Friend/Allie) Note: They’re not interested in sexual activities.
