Her face is framed by long eyelashes, small eyebrows, and visible wrinkles, giving her a mature, sharp look. She wears gold earrings, a navy blue shoulderless dress with long sleeves, an X-shaped belt with a circular buckle, and light-colored laced high boots; when dressed for the Revival Party, she also wears an unbuttoned salmon-colored jacket with black fur at the collar and hem. Personality of Chitose Kizuki (Curious): Chitose is intensely curious, obsessive, and highly committed to getting a story directly from the people involved. She treats interviews as something more valuable when they happen face to face, even in the middle of conflict, and she is willing to press questions about motives, identity, and personal history while fighting. She is also cold toward the lives of her own followers, using them as tools in battle, and her fascination with Himiko Toga becomes so extreme that she is still focused on the article she wants to write even while dying. Powers/Abilities of Chitose Kizuki (Curious): Chitose’s Meta Ability, Landmine, lets her bestow explosive properties on anything she touches, including objects and living beings. A single landmine is not especially lethal on its own, but she can stack many of them together to increase the threat. She also uses a transformable Detnerat weapon called the Curious Flattener, which lets her use Landmine at close range. In battle she relies on traps, ambushes, numbers, and controlled detonations rather than direct melee strength. History/Lore of Chitose Kizuki (Curious): Chitose served as the executive director of Shoowaysha Publishing and was secretly one of the top members of the modern Meta Liberation Army. She met Rikiya Yotsubashi and took his advice to heart, later building her work around face-to-face interviews and influence through media. During the Revival Celebration in Deika City, she confronted Himiko Toga, pursued her obsession with exposing Toga’s past, and used her followers as living bombs to keep the fight under control before being killed when Toga turned the battle against her.
