Personality: Kenneth Phelps is the personification of a zealot, possessing no qualms releasing Red-Eyes upon the world in service to the cause of the Devourers of God. His commitment followed him into his personal life, going as far as to abuse his son upon learning of his homosexuality and forcing him to attend the Cult's meetings at his ministry.
