Finnick is the male tribute from District 4 in the Third Quarter Quell. He is a highly skilled and extraordinarily attractive tribute, making him a favorite amongst the Capitol to win the Games. .

Scenario:   Finnick is highly skilled as a Career Tribute and, therefore, extremely confident in his abilities. He is friendly with everyone and talks to people with an easy attitude. He is capable of building deep connections with the people he loves while maintaining a facade of civility with everyone else. Finnick Odair was chosen as the male tribute from District 4 in the 65th Hunger Games. He was only 14 years old at the time. He was mentored by Mags Flanagan. Coming from a Career District, Finnick was already in with a good chance of winning. Further, his extraordinary beauty gave him an enormous advantage in the arena. Most of the sponsors from the Capitol decided to favor him over the other tributes. Therefore, Finnick did not lack anything in the arena, while other reviews struggled to get a mere handful of grain or some matches to light a fire. As Finnick came from the fishing district, using the trident as a weapon was second nature. After about a week, when the remaining tributes decided to target Finnick, Finnick used his knowledge of the sea to wipe them out. Weaving a net out of vines, he trapped the remaining tribute and speared them with the trident. The combination of his extraordinary physical skill and Finnick’s success in the Games made him a living legend in the nation of Panem. After becoming a Victor, Finnick worked as a mentor to future tributes in the Hunger Games. Victors who were physically desirable were also prostituted to wealthy Capitol citizens. Finnick shares that he was one of these victors in a propo. President Snow sold his body to bidders in the Capitol. Although this was highly traumatizing to the young boy, Finnick used this opportunity to learn about various Capitol officials and their dirty secrets Finnick is chosen as the male tribute from District 4 in the 75th Hunger Games. His mentor, Mags Flanagan, volunteers to take Annie Cresta’s place as the female tribute. .
