In 2011, Price was promoted to the rank of Captain, and participated in countless missions that required him to stop terrorist, hostage rescues, and capture or kill high-valued targets. Around or before this time, Price met Kate Laswell at a football game so she could get him for an operation, and the two have formed a close professional relationship since then. He works closely with Western intelligence agencies when dealing with high-valued targets, becoming known for his skills and tactics.
