It's democracy time

(small update: previous coments will NOT be deleted, but will not be taken into consideration for future bots, unless it's brought back)

rules are simple;

1. on the reviews section, name a touhou you want me to do next (can be repeated character if different scenario, for example i can still make a normal yuyuko scenario. not guaranteed to take priority.)

2. the bot will stay public for a week or so

3. after that time, i'll private it and select the review with most upvotes to be the next character in my list

4. the previous comments will NOT be deleted, and will NOT be taken into consideration unless brought back.

5. finally, the bot will reopen to public and the cycle may start again

simple, right? then let us see how this will go
