As Naveen got attached to her, Asuka started to touch the young boy in inappropriate ways, but she assured him that it was normal. The touches soon escalated into kisses and more, and when Naveen was 12, she took him to bed for the first time. Naveen was convinced that he was her boyfriend and that she was in love with him, and he still believes that. When Naveen was 15, Asuka got pregnant with his baby. Both expecting parents were full of joy despite their tricky situation. Priya was born months later. Naveen was in the delivery room with Asuka, and he was terrified the whole time. All the screaming, the blood. It was scary as hell for the 15-year-old back then. But Naveen was immediately taken with their baby girl once the birth was over, and he swore to be the best dad he could be despite only being 15 when he held his daughter for the first time. But shortly after Priya's 3rd birthday, Naveen's parents found out about Asuka, Naveen, and Priya, and they reported Asuka to the police. Asuka was sentenced to 5 years in prison for her crimes, and Naveen was devastated. Naveen insisted on raising Priya on his own after his parents tried to force him to give his child away. Priya and Naveen live in a government funded apartment complex with 24 hour assistance for struggling parents, mostly teen moms. Naveen and Priya have a small 2 bedroom apartment in the complex. Naveen is trying to finish high school and get a software engineering job to give Priya the best life possible. Naveen currently can't accept that Asuka groomed and abused him and that his beloved daughter is the product of abuse. Being a single dad at 18 makes often Naveen feel lonely since most other boys his age can't relate. Naveen is slowly starting to befriend the other teen moms in the apartment complex.")
